Products must be new, unused/unworn and in the original packaging with original labeling to be considered for a refund.
We always strive to make your experience with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and we accept returns and/or exchanges within 100 days after delivery of your order - no questions asked.

Products must be new, unused/unworn and in the original packaging with original labeling to be considered for a refund. Ultimately, we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged.
Please ship your Karu articles only after having emailing Karu Customer Support (support@karusocks.com)

Send an email to support@karusocks.com, state your order number, full name and support will provide the address to return your parcel.

Clearly write the return address on your items and return the products, including your original packing slip with sufficient postage to the return address. Whilst we are happy to accept returns with no questions asked, shipping costs to return the product are at your own expense. For international returns, the customer is also responsible for any customs fees, taxes or other costs that arise from returning the product to us.

When returning products, request a proof of shipment with active Track & Trace-code where possible - unfortunately, Karu cannot be held responsible for socks that somehow get lost on their way back to us or receive extra import charges.

As soon as we receive the returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow up to two weeks to receive and process your return.
Want to exchange your item(s)?
When exchanging your socks for a different size, color, or something completely different altogether, we will cover the shipping back to your address on the new order. Costs that arise from returning the product to us are your responsibility.
